The upcoming 2023-24 World Cup will be a hotly contested event, with several athletes vying for the overall title. Among those looking to win his third World Cup trophy is Granerud, who dominated last year’s competition and won six more titles than his closest rival.

Austrian veteran Stefan Kraft, who finished second in last year’s competition, will also be competing for his fourth overall title. Japan’s Kobayashi Ryoyu, the reigning Olympic champion, is hoping to improve upon his fifth-place finish from last season and challenge Granerud for the title.

Slovenia’s Anze Lanisek and Poland’s Piotr Zyla are also favorites to watch in the upcoming competition. Lanisek finished third overall last season, while Zyla won the individual normal hill world championship last year.

Simon Ammann of Switzerland, a four-time Olympic champion, will be competing in his 26th World Cup season. This adds another layer of excitement to the competition as he tries to add another trophy to his collection.

The Polish duo of Zyla and Kubacki are also favored to win the men’s large hill super team event after taking home the inaugural competition in Lake Placid last year. Overall, it promises to be an exciting competition with several talented athletes vying for the top spot.
