Celine Dion has cancelled her whole globe tour followingher diagnosis of an incurable neurological situation.

The singer shared the update with her fans on Friday (26 May well), saying she was “tremendously disappointed” to “let them down”.

Dion, 55, mentioned in a statement shared on Twitter: “I’m functioning truly really hard to construct back my strength, but touring can be pretty hard even when you are one hundred per cent.”

The “My Heart Will Go On” singer added: “I’m so sorry to disappoint all of you when once more. It is not fair to you to hold postponing the shows, and even even though it breaks my heart, it is ideal that we cancel every little thing now till I’m truly prepared to be back on stage once more.

“I want you all to know, I’m not providing up… and I can not wait to see you once more!”

Her announcement comes six months soon after she posted a video explaining that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Particular person Syndrome, which she says impacts “every aspect of my everyday life”.

Dion explained that the situation impacts her capacity to execute and sing, as nicely as to carry out standard activities, due to “spasms”.

“Unfortunately, these spasms influence just about every aspect of my everyday life, from time to time causing issues when I stroll and not enabling me to use my vocal chords to sing the way I’m applied to,” she mentioned in December.
