Jahkeen Hoke, the CEO of the revolutionary nonprofit Business enterprise for Great, is stepping down from his position. On the other hand, he will continue to be involved with the organization as a member of the board of directors. The Mitzens, who founded the nonprofit in 2021, will take more than the chief executive responsibilities themselves. Business enterprise for Great is committed to advertising social justice by way of neighborhood and small business improvement ventures. The foundation acquired Hattie’s restaurant in Saratoga Springs, which now directs its earnings towards neighborhood groups addressing hunger and meals insecurity difficulties. On top of that, Business enterprise for Great owns the former Lombardo’s restaurant in Albany’s South Finish, exactly where they are opening a new place. On the similar day Hoke announced his departure as CEO, he was awarded the Beacon of Light award by the Neighborhood Foundation for the Higher Capital Area. In an interview, Hoke praised the Mitzens as the most revolutionary entrepreneurs in the area and expressed his gratitude for the expertise of major the foundation. Hoke has his personal nonprofit referred to as 4th Family members, which focuses on empowering young persons in underserved communities.
