Jasmine Tolbert has joined the board of directors of Columbia River Mental Overall health Solutions, a Clark County nonprofit that supplies behavioral well being and recovery solutions for kids, adults, and households in Southwest Washington.
Tolbert, who has bachelor’s degree in social science with a concentration in personnel psychology/human sources from Washington State University Vancouver, presently serves as vice president fo individuals and culture for YWCA Clark County.
She not too long ago concluded 5 years with NAACP Vancouver Branch 1139, serving initial as vice president and then as president.
She has served in different human sources capacities with such for-profit companies as The Normal and The Vancouver Clinic. She has substantial knowledge making and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion policies and applications, as properly as managing human sources.
She is a previous board member for YWCA Clark County, and presently serves on the boards of SW Washington Equity Coalition, Workforce SW Washington, and Washington State University Equity Diversity Advisory Board.
She is a member of the Washington State University Vancouver’s Advisory Council.
