Colonial Savings to exit mortgage origination organization

Texas-based Colonial Savings, F.A. has decided to exit the origination organization amid one particular of the most difficult cycles in decades, provoked by the Federal Reserve‘s tightening monetary policy and a banking crisis.

The business had 53 active loan officers and 30 branches, per the Modex information.
