ECIPSA Group set to Invest $59 Million in Argentina, Paraguay, and Panama

US$60 million investment planned by developer this year

The ECIPSA Group, led by businessman Jaime Garbarsky, is planning to invest US$59 million this year, which includes the execution of works and the purchase of land in Argentina, Paraguay, and Panama. In 2023, the company acquired the participation of IRSA, a property development firm headed by Eduardo Elsztain, in a project to develop a mixed-use complex on a 16-hectare plot of land in Buenos Aires.

ECIPSA is a real estate holding company that has been operating in the country for 45 years. The group comprises development, construction and real estate companies and has over 100 ventures across 12 cities. It sells lots, houses and apartments under different brands such as Natania and MilAires. At an international level, ECIPSA continues to expand its operations with new exclusivity agreements with Crystal Lagoons to operate under its WoOoW brand in São Paulo, Brazil and opened its offices in Israel where it will operate an exclusive Crystal Lagoons license for the Middle Eastern country.

In Paraguay, ECIPSA plans to continue building on its investments in the Natania brand while also expanding its business into other Latin American countries. In Argentina, it recently completed its Natania 61 megaproject in Mendoza with over 190 apartments. The second stage of this project concluded in 2022 and the last delivery was recently completed.

Walter Fuks CEO of Grupo ECIPSA assures that the company will continue working on new projects not only in Mendoza but also other provinces of Argentina as well as other countries around the world.
