CDCR Requests Bids for Water Treatment Technology Services

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has issued a request for quotation (RFQ) for maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. This RFQ is seeking vendors who will provide these services to ensure the efficient operation of the SCADA system, which plays a critical role in maintaining the facility’s water supply.

The performance period for this agreement will extend from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. The initial agreement may not exceed $180,000. However, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting Agreement may be amended to lengthen the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original Scope of Services.

Interested vendors must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be arranged through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler before April 5. Vendors must submit their bid package by 2 p.m. on May 7 to be considered for this project.

The point of contact for this RFQ is Ashley Koewler at [insert contact information here].
