On Tuesday, a fire broke out at the Tesla Science Center in Shoreham, NY. The call came in at 4:49 p.m. regarding a fire at a building at the intersection of Robinson and Tesla Street in East Shoreham. Police were unable to confirm any additional information at that time.

Residents expressed their sadness about the blaze and its potential impact on the historical site, which holds significant value as it is the location of Nikola Tesla’s last remaining laboratory. Tracey Farrell, who commented on the fire, expressed her sorrow for the loss and the importance of preserving such historical sites.
