Fort Hays State University’s Science Café for September will take location on Monday, Sept. 25. The occasion, sponsored by FHSU’s Science and Mathematics Education Institute (SMEI), will be held at The Venue in Thirsty’s Brew Pub & Grill, positioned at 2704 Vine, Hays.
The month-to-month presentation, titled “Eclipses: The How, Why, and Exactly where of these Events,” will be offered by Dean Stramel, an adjunct instructor of chemistry in the Werth College of Science, Technologies, and Mathematics. Stramel will talk about the upcoming eclipses more than North America and supply details on how to safely view them.
