Mikaela Shiffrin tied Lindsey Vonn‘s female record with her 137th profession Alpine skiing Planet Cup podium, taking third location in the slalom at the Planet Cup Finals in Andorra on Saturday.
Shiffrin, racing for the second time considering the fact that breaking Ingemar Stenmark‘s profession Alpine Planet Cup wins record final Saturday, completed 86 hundredths behind Olympic champion Petra Vlhova of Slovakia, combining instances from two runs.
Six of the 22 skiers skied out of the second run on soft snow.
In Shiffrin’s preceding race at the season-ending Finals, she was 14th in Thursday’s super-G, which is not 1 of her key events.

Slovenian Tina Maze holds the all round record of two,414 points from 2012-13.
“We partied really hard on Thursday,” right after winning the Planet Cup Finals super-G, Odermatt mentioned, according to the International Ski Federation. “Today wasn’t quick mainly because of these damn two,000 points.
