Mindset Matters: Legal Professionals Invited to Upcoming Sessions on Mental Health and Well-Being

Legal professionals are invited to attend upcoming sessions that focus on mental health in the industry. The first session, titled “Progression not perfection,” will explore the impact of mindset on well-being and peak performance. Strategies for cultivating a healthier mindset will also be discussed, with this session approved for 1.0 CLE credit in multiple states, including California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in additional states such as Delaware, Florida, Illinois, and Ohio.

Another session will examine how supporting the mental health of your team can lead to greater success within a legal practice. The importance of mental well-being in the lawyer-client relationship will also be discussed, shedding light on how mental well-being impacts professional dynamics. Additionally, the session on neurodiversity and mental health in the legal industry will provide valuable insights into supporting individuals with different neurodiverse backgrounds.

These sessions offer legal professionals an opportunity to prioritize mental health and well-being in their practice while earning valuable CLE credit. The “Progression not perfection” session is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in multiple states and applications for additional states are being filed.
