In downtown Peoria, Ty Paluska, 1 of the original founders of Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co., is operating on a new coffee small business referred to as Intuition Coffee + Juice. Set to open in late October, the shop will be positioned in the former coffee shop of the Kickapoo Constructing.
