New Northern Trust President Ayla Kalani Leads Dedicated Teams in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Regions

Ayla Kalani has recently joined Northern Trust as the President of the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Regions. In this new role, she will be leading teams that focus on providing exceptional services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Her territory includes Century City, Pasadena, and Santa Barbara, where offices are dedicated to delivering renowned expertise and an innovative goals-driven wealth management approach for clients.

Before joining Northern Trust, Kalani worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as the Market Team Lead for the Pacific Central Coast. Throughout her career, she has held roles in investment management, private banking, and business development both in New York City and California. Kalani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Columbia University.

Apart from her professional achievements, Kalani is actively involved in giving back to her community. She serves on the board of directors for CASA Pacifica and has volunteered with organizations such as Octane OC, United Way of Orange County, World Affairs Council, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Iran.
