UnBar Cafe, a new addition to Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood, is set to open its doors this month. The cafe’s owner, Melissa Garrett, recently won the top prize of $20,000 at JumpStart Inc.’s Small Business Impact Program Showcase. This event took place at Cleveland’s House of Blues and celebrated the 20th cohort of JumpStart’s Small Business Impact program.
The showcase featured a pitch competition hosted by Josh and Maria Cribbs, who emcee the event with their local television talk show. To read the full story about the Small Business Impact program and other local business news, visit cleveland.com’s sister site, Cleveland Business Journal.
