After months of negotiations, Alma Media’s centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization has finalized its change negotiations. The outcome resulted in a reduction of 28 personnel years, with the majority of reductions achieved through separation agreements. Eight individuals were able to find new positions due to job description changes. Initially, a maximum reduction of 38 person-years was announced at the start of the negotiations.
The impact of these negotiations was felt across all operations within Alma Media solutions, with the exception of Netello.
