Introducing Windows 11 24H2 with Integrated Super Resolution Upscaling Technology

Microsoft has announced plans to introduce a new feature to Windows 11, Super Resolution, which aims to enhance the visuals of your games. This feature was discovered in a hidden setting within a preview version of Windows 11, set to launch later this year.

With the help of AI, Super Resolution will automatically boost the quality of your games, making them look even better. The feature can be tweaked for each game to ensure that it looks just right. This tip was shared by @PhantomOfEarth on Twitter and was also discovered by @Thebookisclosed in the preview version of Windows 11.

If you’re curious about this new feature and want to try it out yourself, you can use ViveTool which can be downloaded from GitHub. To activate the feature, open the command prompt as an administrator and enter the activation key: vivetool /enable /id:39695921 /variant:3. Make sure to install the tool before entering the key and restarting your computer once it’s entered. Once activated, Super Resolution should be up and running!
