Blank-verify business Aimei Overall health Technologies filed for a $50 million initial public supplying, organizing to look at a deal in sectors which includes biopharmaceuticals, health-related technologies and devices, or diagnostics.

Chief Executive Juan Fernandez Pascual is a former common manager of Chassis Brakes International Spain, component of Hitachi Automotive Systems. He is the chief operating officer of blank-verify business Genesis Unicorn Capital.

Aimei will apply for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market place. Just after the securities comprising units start separate trading, the business expects ordinary shares will trade below the symbol AFJK.
