Turner to lead team in constructing $300 million engineering and science center at Ohio University

Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio has secured an engineering and science building with Turner Construction and its consortium partners. The 189,000 sq ft facility will house wet labs, dry labs, and other research spaces for the private research faculty.

Adrian Maldonado of Adrian Maldonado & Associates expressed excitement about the project stating that it is a cutting-edge facility that will further enhance the university’s reputation in the study of science and engineering. The fully American team, which includes Next Generation Construction and the AKA Team, along with Turner Construction will work on this $300 million project that covers design, equipment, and relocation work. The completion of the building is scheduled for 2026.
