Vodafone Unveils New Fixed Line Contract Changes: What Customers Need to Know

Vodafone has recently made some changes to some of its fixed line contracts on its website. The company has announced new unilateral remodulations for certain offers, but the specific details have not been disclosed. Monthly rates are expected to increase by 2 to 3 euros as a result of these changes.

Vodafone states that these changes are necessary in order to continue investing in the network and effectively respond to new traffic needs. However, customers whose contracts will be subject to unilateral remodulation have the option to not accept the changes and withdraw from the contract without any additional costs. In order to exercise this option, customers must communicate their decision within 60 days of receiving Vodafone’s communication about the changes.

If a customer decides to withdraw from their contract, they will receive a communication included in their invoice with a minimum 60-day withdrawal period. Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through various channels, including the official Vodafone website, physical stores, sending a registered letter with return receipt to the Vodafone Customer Service address, sending a PEC to the customerservice address@vodafone.pec.it, or by calling 190 and specifying the reason for withdrawal.
