Representatives from leading wheat and wheat foods groups gathered at a Celebration of Modern Agriculture at the National Mall in Washington, DC, US. The group included Bill Dumais from the American Bakers Association, Jane DeMarchi from the North American Millers’ Association, Chandler Goule from the National Association of Wheat Growers, Jake Westin from NAWG, and Catherine Miller from US Wheat Associates. The event featured a display of bread baked by Didier Rosada, a master baker with Uptown Bakers in Hyattsville, Maryland.

The celebration took place from May 6-8 near the US Department of Agriculture headquarters on the south side of the Mall.
