Guy Grace, the K-12 National Security Program Manager at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions, has over 38 years of experience in the security industry. He previously served as the director of security and emergency planning for Littleton Public Schools for over three decades and was recognized as the 2020 K-12 Campus Safety Director of the Year. His expertise in school security has earned him numerous national and industry awards.
Mike Newton, a SLED Account Executive at Convergint, focuses specifically on the K-12 vertical in Colorado. He previously worked as the director of safety and security for Elizabeth School District, where he was responsible for all aspects of physical security, emergency management, threat assessment, emergency communication, and continuity of operations. His contributions to school security have been recognized with the K-12 Director of the Year Award from Campus Safety during his time at Elizabeth SD. Before working in education, Newton served in the U.S. Air Force and the Colorado Air National Guard.
