The murder case in the small town of Stade in Lower Saxony may finally be solved on March 22nd. The murder commission, along with special forces, searched four locations in Buchholz and Winsen in Lower Saxony and arrested a suspect who is believed to be responsible for the death of Khaled Al Zein. After weeks of investigation and interviews with witnesses, the police were able to identify and question the suspect, who was subsequently taken into custody and brought before a magistrate at the Stade district court.
The head of the Stade Police Department commended the investigators for their hard work in solving the case within a short period of six weeks. The incident that led to the murder allegedly involved a dispute between two individuals from rival clans that escalated into a violent altercation, resulting in the death of Khaled Al Zein.
The suspect, a 34-year-old from Buchholz, was arrested following the search and is now in police custody.
