CEO of 360 Behavioral Health Leaves, Interim COO Assumes Control

In a recent announcement, Rob Marsh, CEO of 360 Behavioral Health, based in Chatsworth, California, has stepped down from his role. Marsh will be transitioning to a board member position while exploring other opportunities. He took on the CEO role in January 2022 and will be completing his tenure on April 30. The current chief operating officer, Kate Sheldon-Princi, will serve as the interim CEO following Marsh’s departure.

Since its acquisition by private equity firm DW Healthcare Partners in August 2018, 360 Behavioral Health has undergone significant changes. Dennis Kogod was the CEO and executive chairman at the time of the acquisition followed by Paul Fischer who served as the CEO from February 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that it was known as California Psychcare. During Marsh’s time as CEO, he implemented a round of layoffs due to stagnant payer rates, rapid growth of various platform companies and challenges in staff recruitment and retention. However, since then the business has stabilized with improved rates and hiring practices. The company is now focusing on expansion with plans to open two locations in Nebraska.

This latest CEO transition is one of several leadership changes within the autism therapy industry. Recently leaders of other major providers like BlueSprig Pediatrics and NeurAbilities Healthcare have announced their departures.
