Jake Styes, a resident who lives nearby, was relieved to find that his house and garage were safe when he returned from school. When Styes watched the smoke fill the sky in the direction of his home while at school, he expressed gratitude that no one was injured in the fire. A few people were inside the building when it started, but thanks to the quick response from firefighters from multiple departments, the fire was contained and further damage was prevented.
