Newest tenant at Maidencreek- Ann Henry Home Décor

Ann Henry Home Décor, a small business that offers a wide range of specialty decorative items, antiques, artwork, and seasonal merchandise, has recently moved into Maidencreek Towne Center in Maidencreek Township, Berks County. The store was previously located at 965 Park Road in the township but has now found a new home at 850 Golden Drive within the shopping center.

The move was made possible by a lease signed with Larken Associates, a real estate building, development, and management firm based in New Jersey. The store’s owner, Nancy Michael, expressed her excitement about the new location, stating that they strive to offer the highest quality of home décor items at the lowest possible prices. The new location will allow the business to continue growing and connect more deeply with the Blandon community.

Ann Henry Home Décor officially opened its doors at its new location at the end of February. Maidencreek Towne Center is described as a commercial hub for Blandon and the surrounding areas, catering to businesses of all sizes. Rob Marek, the executive vice president of Raider Realty at Larken, expressed his enthusiasm about welcoming Ann Henry Home Décor as a new tenant and supporting their future growth.

The shopping center consists of two buildings with 33,767 square feet of office, medical, and retail spaces. It is conveniently located at the intersection of Park Road and Golden Drive. With this new addition, Ann Henry Home Décor is poised to thrive in its new location and continue serving the community for years to come.
