In February of 2023, Arben “Ben” Duka, owner of Aurora Employment Testing in Colorado, was arrested for felony unlawful sexual contact. The arrest came after a woman filed a report in October stating that Duka had sexually assaulted her at his business. According to the report, the assault occurred in March 2023, when the victim provided urinalysis samples.

Investigators from the Sex Crimes Unit discovered two more reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact by Duka after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, around the same time the most recent victim reported being assaulted.

Duka’s business, Aurora Employment Testing, had been operating under a different name since February 2022 when he changed it from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing. Investigators are urging any other possible victims to come forward and report any information they may have about Duka’s behavior or actions at his business.
