On March 15, Aurora police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, a 60-year-old man accused of making unwanted sexual contact with clients at his urinalysis service. The incident that led to his arrest took place in October at Aurora Employment Testing, which was previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing and is located at 1701 Chambers Road.
During their investigation, police discovered that Duka had also allegedly sexually assaulted two other women in October 2023 while they were providing urine samples at the same business. As a result, he has been charged by the Adams County District Attorney’s Office with unlawful sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors.
Aurora police are urging anyone who may have been a victim of unwanted sexual contact by Duka or who has information about his alleged crimes to come forward and speak with them. Members of the public who have information about Duka or his alleged crimes are encouraged to contact the police at 720-913-7867, referencing the case number AP23-202838. The police department is also concerned that there may be additional victims who have not reported incidents of unwanted sexual contact to the authorities.
