The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced the show jumping athletes who will be attending the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on April 16-20. Despite being granted 10 qualifying slots, only five athletes with six horses will attend. The seven highest ranking U.S. athletes in the North American League from East USA (USEF Zones 1 through 7) and the three highest ranking athletes from West USA (USEF Zones 8 through 12) have been selected to represent their country in this prestigious event.
Kent Farrington from Wellington, Florida will be competing with Greya and Toulayna. Jill Humphrey from Sacramento, California will be riding Chromatic BF. The full list of definite entries for the event includes 42 athletes and 35 horses from 19 countries and is available on the FEI website. The competition will take place from Wednesday, April 17 to Saturday, April 20. The schedule includes Final I on Wednesday, Final II on Thursday, and Final III on Saturday.
