The third episode of season three of The Charge, San José State’s All-Access Show, will be airing on Tuesday, April 30 at 6 and 8 p.m. on NBC Sports Bay Area. This episode will feature SJSU’s ‘Bash Brothers’, the women’s gymnastics team making NCAA Regionals, women’s indoor track and field success, and SJSU’s third straight community service award. Additional showings of this episode on NBC Sports Bay Area will be on May 2 (9:30 a.m.), May 6 (7:30 p.m.), May 11 (4:30 p.m.) and May 12 (12 p.m.). Viewers are encouraged to check their local listings for additional air dates on NBC Sports California throughout the month of May.
The first segment of the episode will focus on the ‘Bash Brothers’, Hunter Dorraugh and Dalton Bowling, who are rewriting the home run record book at SJSU. The second segment will highlight the women’s gymnastics team’s return to the NCAA Regional at Cal. The third segment will cover Emilia Sjostrand’s runner-up finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships, leading SJSU to its first top-25 finish at nationals. The fourth segment will showcase the Spartans becoming the first Mountain West school to earn three consecutive SAAC Community Service Awards.
