A drug screening business owner in Aurora, Arben “Ben” Duka, was arrested by the Aurora Police after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her following a urinalysis sample. Duka, 60, was charged with felony unlawful sexual contact on March 15th. The incident was reported in October by a woman who claimed she was assaulted at Duka’s business, Aurora Employment Testing. The business had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.
As the investigation progressed, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit uncovered two additional incidents that took place in 2023 involving Duka and female victims. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported.
The investigation is ongoing, and potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838. It is important for anyone who may have experienced similar incidents to come forward and report them to authorities so that justice can be served and other potential victims can be protected.
